Shipping Policy

Product orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on weekdays will be shipped on the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends will be shipped on the following business day.

Standard delivery usually takes three to five business days. Delivery times may vary due to seasonal carrier volume.

Shipping Options :

We offer shipping through UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail.

UPS Sure Post involves UPS handing off packages to the Postal Service for final delivery, but UPS may deliver some packages themselves in certain cases. Note that UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes; for PO Box delivery, please select USPS as the shipping option.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your product order.

You’ll see the shipping and handling costs on the final checkout page. Orders over $200.00 qualify for free standard shipping, and UPS Next Day Air is available for an additional charge.

Shipping rates may change based on current carrier rates and seasonal surcharges. While we can’t control rate increases, we aim to minimize their impact on our customers.

Order Tracking:

Once the carrier provides a tracking number, it will be updated in the “Orders” section of your online portal, complete with a direct link for tracking.

Canceling an Order:

SmartShip orders must be canceled at least 24 hours before processing. Once an order is processed by our fulfillment center, it can not be stopped, intercepted, or redirected. Please refer to the return policy for refunds.

Temporarily Out of Stock:

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be indicated on the Products page. We’ll make every effort to split the order and ship available components.

However, if the expected restocking date is within a week, the order may be slightly delayed until it can be shipped in full. If the restocking date is more than a week away, you’ll receive an email notification.


All product orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-10 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. In cases of high order volume, there might be slight delays, and we appreciate your understanding. If there’s a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address they provide is accurate. While we strive to expedite processing and shipping, there’s a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you suspect you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us promptly.

Undeliverable Orders:

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, the amount of which will be determined by us.
